DiSC Personal Development Profile Assessment 

Are you looking to have a better working relationship with a co-worker? Maybe you want to build a better rapport with a customer?

Do you have an employee or volunteer you think could benefit from tips on how to manage different personalities? DiSC is a tool that has been effective for more than 30 years in helping people improve their workplace relationships and performances, deal more effectively with conflict, and value differences.

We'll kick off this THREE-HOUR workshop at 9:00 a.m. with each participant completing the DiSC Assessment (28-question workbook) and then graphing their results to identify their Personal Profile. We’ll then begin the interactive workshop exploring:

• Personality behavior styles—strengths and challenges
• How to recognize different styles
• How to be more effective communicating with different personality styles

This workshop will provide ‘a-ha moments’ for everyone and the lessons learned will help all participants build more effective relationships and be more productive at work.
