2022 Ranger Training Academy

 Thank you for registering for the 2022 Ranger Training Academy.  When you click below, you will be taken to the Online Registration Form.  There are a few things you will need to note about the form.  Here are a few notes, in the order you will see them appear:

1. Promo Codes and Email Addresses: 

         a.  If you have more than 1 boy attending, please use Promo Code: RTAFAMILY beginning with the 2nd boy and with each additional boy. 

 b. If registering multiple from the same family, use an email alias like YourEmail+1@gmail.com or YourEmail+2@yahoo.com for each add'l child. Most systems ignore the plus sign and what's after it, so the email address is the same, but works for Constant Constant.

**If you need to make payment arrangements, please see item 5.b. below and contact Jamie Roberts @ jamieroberts@nc.rr.com for assistance prior to moving forward with registration.**

2.  Fees:  Please select the camp requested for the applicant.  If you are an Adult wanting training, select Adult Applicant under Fees, and then select the type of training you want under Additional Items.

3.  Badge Information:  This is the name you would like to be displayed on your Individual Name Tag, along with your selected camp.  For Boys, Type their Preferred First and Last Name and their selected camp.  For Adult LTC applicants, Type your Preferred First and Last Name and LTC for camp.  For Staff, Type your Preferred First and Last Name and Staff.

4.  Pre-Camp Meals:  As in years past, for those individuals, other than staff, who are arriving prior to the official start of their camp (boys riding in with their commanders who are staff), please select the meals they will be on-site and need food provided.  This will help our kitchen staff adequately prepare for the additional meals.

5. Payment: 

a. If you are prepared to PAY IN FULL, and would like to pay by credit/debit card, you may select "Pay with PayPal or Credit Card."  You will be taken to the PayPal site for the NCAG District Office to make payment.  You DO NOT have to have a PayPal account to pay with card.

b.  If you want to pay a deposit of a minimum of $50.00 (boys), $25.00 (adult trainee) by check, select the "Pay by Check" option.  You will receive information on where to send the check.  Remaining balance is due at time of event check-in.

c.  At this time, making deposits thru the online system is not an option.  You will need to pay in full by card, or select pay by check to make a deposit.  We will be able to take balance payments by card, check, or cash on-site at check-in. 

6. A NOTE ABOUT PATHFINDER SCHOOL:
After much discussion and prayer, we have decided NOT to offer Pathfinder Camp/School at RTA, but rather to offer it at a different time later in the fall, and possibly open it up to adult leaders.  If you are interested, please email Thomas Lee or Jamie Roberts at the email addresse below.

As a reminder, any adult who is attending and is 18+ years of age, MUST be listed on the NC Royal Rangers Volunteer List.  Be sure to send in your applications for Volunteer status in a timely manner.  If you are not sure if you are on the list, or do not know your expiration date, please click the image below for the list.
