TRAIN THE TRAINER CERTIFICATION TEST- NOV 22ND (MORNING ONLY)

WHAT WILL PARTICIPANTS LEARN? 

Practical tools to effectively train/mentor their apprentices, as well as theory-based tools to help understand which techniques to apply. 

Topics include: designing your training plan and training modules, selecting appropriate teaching methods for different situations & learning styles, evaluating progress, effective communication and motivation, tips for preparing apprentices for exams, and more. 

WHO SHOULD ATTEND? 

Supervisors and any employee who is responsible for teaching apprentices or other staff. 

Although designed for trainers of apprentices, any employee who trains team members on a regular basis will benefit from this training: HR representatives and safety officers have found it valuable as well.

TRAIN THE TRAINER CURRICULUM

The Train the Trainer Seminar based on German Gold Standard from the famous “Ausbildung der Ausbilder”, which is recognized in 35 countries. This seminar concept was specifically designed for apprenticeships. and therefore it is very hands-on and relevant for the real-world work life. 

Upon successful completion participants receive a certification as an internationally-approved trainer for apprenticeships.

On Wednesday and Thursday we will do the acutal training. Friday morning is reserved for the exam (written and practical).
