South Beach SUP Race & Relay 

 Stand up paddlers from all over north east Florida will be in Crescent Beach for the inagural South Beach SUP race and relay on July 3rd, 2011

Beachside registration will begin at 8.30 and the elite racers, which include stock and unlimited divisions, will hit the 3 mile, out and back course at 10.am. The relay is super fun for everyone and up to 4 persons per team can race the 1 mile buoy run.  For recreational paddlrs, the 2 mile course will surely challenge. Cost is Elite, $30.  Rec. $20.00 and Relay $20.00 per team. Entry fee includes a t shirt.

 Bring the whole family as July usually produces calm waves and plenty of sunshine.We suggest  participants park on the beach because the public lot will be full by 10am, however restrooms, showers and great food are less than 100 yards away.

Standard SUP rules and protocol wil apply and participants must sign a liability waiver.

Cash prized will be awarded to the top 3 finishers in each division with $100 for 1st place, $50 for 2nd and $25 gift certificate to South Beach Grill for 3rd. Snacks and water will be provided.
