  DAVID HAMERSLOUGH, Attorney from Rossi, Hamerslough, Reischl and Chuck

In his 34 years of practice, Dave has litigated and arbitrated disputes involving commercial and residential real estate on behalf of property owners, brokers and agents, buyers and sellers, and landlords and tenants. As a result of his skills and experience, Dave now mediates and arbitrates cases involving these issues. In addition to teaching law school classes, he also teaches continuing education courses in real estate law to brokers, agents, and attorneys. Dave has been recognized by his peers as practicing “at the highest level of professional excellence,” earning the highest rating (AV) in Martindale-Hubbell’s nationwide attorney directory.

Real Estate and Business Litigation. Dave represents a wide variety of real estate and business clients, focusing particularly on disputes involving commercial and residential real estate agents and brokers and their clients.
