2023 Age Well Series

Age Well is a virtual learning series hosted by K-State Research & Extension and features four programs over two days on April 5th and May 11th.  

Sessions will be hosted via Zoom and can be viewed in your home or in a group setting at one of our watch sites. 

Session topics will include meals in minutes, knowing your risks with regard to radon gas, taking small steps to increase your physical activity, and simple tools or devices that can help make life easier.

The is no registration fee to attend, but we do ask that you pre-register so you can receive the Zoom link to join the event.
