ASPE April Meeting: A Question of Ethics

Construction estimators and bidders already face a gauntlet of challenges in the battle to secure work, manage risk, and minimize assaults to their margins. Add to that never before seen provisions included in or important facts intentionally missing for the bidding documents or (either knowingly or not) being coerced into participating in a dubious proposition with an unscrupulous owner or contractor and you may face avoidable perils unless you know how to defend yourself. Additional Information

• Free parking when you obtain a permit from the hotel lobby and tell them you are part of the event.
• Cancellations will not be refunded after May11th.
• Walk-ins and late registrants will incur an additional $10 fee.
• No-show reservations not pre-paid will be invoiced $45 plus a $15 processing fee.
