Following on from a successful first workshop, we are pleased to announce the second in a series of Athlete Talent Development Workshops that Speedworks Charity will be hosting. The charity’s Head Coach, Marvin Rowe, along with Performance Director, Jonas Dodoo, will be delivering the technical sessions throughout the morning workshop supported by a number of the charity’s current athletes.
This workshop is a fantastic and unique opportunity for aspiring athletes, of all ages, to access a level of expertise that is normally inaccessible and unaffordable.

Please note:- Any athletes attending may also be accompanied by their coach (at no extra cost). The coach must be there only to observe, as questions from athletes’ coaches will not be facilitated during the morning workshop. However, there will be an opportunity for coaches to ask questions relating to what they have observed in the morning workshop, at the afternoon’s Coach Workshop – “Technical Development of Max V Running.”
