In 1988 Jami Dunphy joined Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company where for the next 30 years she took on a number of assignments in finance, business development, supply chain operations, sales operations, marketing, customer service and project management.
Jami also has made community involvement a priority. She has led a
Parent/Teacher/Student organization, coached youth softball, served as president of Goodyear's Women's Initiatives in Leadership organization and worked with several non-profits.
