The Annual Convention of the Convocation of Episcopal Churches in Europe is ONLINE

All certified lay delegates from Parishes and Organized Missions, all canonically resident clergy, and lay members of the Council of Advice are entitled to seat, voice, and vote at the Convention. Certified delegates from other missions, Commission Chairs are given seat and voice at the Convention.
