CPHQ Review Course 

This two-day workshop will help those planning to take the Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) examination. The course follows the exam matrix and will focus study efforts. Participants should have functional knowledge in areas identified in the CPHQ exam outline, found at www.cphq.org.

Topics covered include leadership amd management, quality and performance improvement, healthcare safety, information management, and regulation, accreditation, and continuous readiness. The recommended text, Q-Solutions: Essential Resources for the Healthcare Quality Professional, Third Edition, can be purchased at www.nahq.org.
