PPE Workshops

Thursday-Saturday 10:00 am-4:00 pm   

  2 hr lunch break each day  

NEW! Sunday Weekend Wrap Up Session 10am-12pm  (for all workshop participants no fee)

Fee: Workshops are $200.00 per day or you can do the entire weekend for $550.00.  Sunday is no charge for all workshop participants. 

Fee Includes use of grounds, multiple arenas, miles of trails, obstacles & water/obstacle complex during your stay.    

 RV Hookups (wtr/elec)-$30.00 per night

Stalls- $30.00 per night  

Shavings-(per bag) $7.00     

Primitive Camping $15.00 per night   

Haul in Fee $10.00 per day (if not renting stall or camping on site)

 Workshops  10am-4pm (2 hr lunch breaks each day)

 Thursday 

10:00am-4:00 pm -  Advancing Ground Skills  Workshop- Improve your relationship by becoming a better leader from the ground.  Learn some great techniques to help your horse want to be your partner.  Focusing on transitioning your ground skills to the saddle.  Skills include backing, lateral movements & more. 

Friday 

10:00 am-4:00 pm  Equine Emotions Workshop with Water! - (ground & riding workshop) Managing those emotions & how to develop a quiet & responsive horse for the the trail or competition.  Help your horse to become more relaxed on the trail.  Focusing on body control & building confidence in your horse.   If weather permits we will head out on the trail during this workshop.  Special addition for Friday Workshop- Water obstacles have been added for the afternoon session!

  Saturday

10:00 am-4:00 pm  Developing an Independent Seat-  (ground & riding workshop)  Learn more about riding through your seat & legs and less with your hands. Taking movement & body control to the next level.   This one is going to be fun!  Exciting Group demonstration is planned during this session!  

   Sunday (short session)

10:00 am-12:00 pm Weekend Wrap Up Session -Workshop participants have the opportunity to ride or work on the ground for this session. A short review of the weekend and answer any questions and go over any last minute tips or techniques.  This ensures riders head home ready to continue developing their horsemanship and partnership with their horses.   

Additional activities during the event include-

Natural & man made obstacles available for practice including water crossings, bridges, step ups and more! 

Special Demonstration on Friday Night for event participants! 

Special Guest Speaker  on Magna Wave Therapy  and benefits for our horses. 

     

PARTICIPATION - Pre-Registration is required. Contact PPE to register.  Please do not bring a horse that has never been outside an arena or show ring. Horses must have had at least some trail experience prior to the Clinic.
