PanProgram Description:
So you know what ESG and sustainable investing is and are convinced you want to offer it to your clients. What are some of the challenges and issues that might arise? What are some of the recent trends and product offerings in this rapidly evolving space? What are some of the shortcomings of existing products in the marketplace? Come hear from three experts who will attempt to answer these and other questions you might have.

Dan Carreno from Change Finance will share some data from his firm’s most recent ESG Trends Report including relative returns for ESG portfolios, thematic trends, and the behavioral drivers fueling the growth of ESG investing.

Rachel Freeman from Adasina Social Capital will share the shortcomings in the ESG investing industry that led them to launch a social justice ETF and where that journey has taken the firm. They can also share what issues their clients care about and how they designed their ETF to address those issues.

Rawson Gulick from Willow Creek Wealth Management will share her firm’s journey to more fully and broadly embrace ESG investing. She’ll share the challenges they’ve faced as a firm to adopt this type of investing, and particularly converting existing client portfolios. She’ll also share some of the communication and marketing tactics they are trying.

*This topic has been approved by the CFP Board for 1.0 hour of CE credit.
