2021 Professional Learning Conference Exhibitor Registration
Booth Specifications: All digital booths include a video screen option, additional image option and a branded banner. While we don't have the space completely designed yet, there is plenty of digital space for customization of your booth. There is no cost for the booth, but we ask that you provide at least one $50 Elementary Teacher oriented door prize, that you can ship directly to the winner. We will be compiling a promotional video of all of the prizes that attendees can win by vising vendors to promote engagement! As you can see, it will be very interactive and include a "real" feel. We are very excited about the possiblities!
Exhibit Set-up: No matter your technical expertise, you can customize your booth easily with the Intrado tools. A live training and site walk-through will be available to guide you. Need more help? We'll be glad to set up your booth for you - all you have to do is provide us with pictures, videos, etc!
Exhibit Days & Hours: The live conference will be Friday, June 4th - 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. However, conference content will continue to be available for up to a year (at your discretion). Each booth is provided a lounge area or chat room where attendees can stop by and visit. Exhibitors should plan to monitor thier booth's digital venues duing the conference hours to chat with attendees and answer questions.
This new platform is an exciting challenge for our organization, but we are thrilled about being able to continue to provide resources for teachers, counselors and administrators within the 86 public schools in the Choctaw Nation in Southeastern Oklahoma.
