John began his fulltime career in road construction in 1983 as a general laborer, operator and then a foreman. In 1992 he started his own construction business, building roads along side his father's work in the bridge construction company. Their construction company grew substantially over the years until 2009 when they decided to re-focus, re-organize and re-form into RAME Contracting, LLC. RAME is currently a site excavation and road building family operated company with a sister construction dump truck company called Central Kentucky Transfer.
For the first hour of the conference, John will discuss RAME Contracting's Apprenticeship Worksite Program. The company has been sucessful in developing their own emplorees through this innovative internship program.
The second hour of the conference will cover our top 10 tax tips for the real estate and construction industrie presented by the Real Estate and Construction Segment Team.
