Guidewell Financial Solutions' HUD-Approved Homeownership Education Is Here!

Are you interested in buying a home in Baltimore City? Guidewell Financial Solutions offers a HUD-approved homeownership education workshop to help you reach this goal. The workshop covers all of the elements of the home buying process from financial preparation and credit review to mortgage financing and closing. Workshops are avaliable both in-person and online.

In order to qualify for Baltimore City and Maryland State Settlement Assistance programs, you will also need to schedule and attend a one-on-one counseling session.  Counseling sessions are provided at Connexion Point Church, 3816 Edmondson Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21229 location.

In-Person Workshops: The next Baltimore City homeownership workshop will take place on Saturday, November 18, 2017 at Connexion Point Church located at 3816 Edmondson Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21229. The in-person workshop is free for households up to 2 attendees.
