Resolving Conflict at Work

 The dynamics of relationships can range from subtle to volatile in the work place and in our personal lives.  One of our greatest personal and professional challenges is dealing with difficult people and managing conflict.  Join us and learn how to more successfully deal with conflict in your daily life.
