This FREE workshop open to lodging owners and their management team only will be conducted by John Mavros of Fisher Phillips, LLP.  In today’s politically charged environment, harassment in the workplace is an issue that can’t be ignored by California employers.  This informative seminar will provide an in-depth look into what legal harassment is, what employers can do to prevent it, and how best to respond to internal harassment complaints. 

If you are charged with managing or supervising employees, the state of California requires at least 2 hours of harassment training every two years.   Participants who attend this training will satisfy that obligation. Workshop attendance also applies to credits for the Human Resource Certification Institute and the Society for Human Resource Management.
