Congregation Tifereth Israel Event 2018/5779 Kol Nidre Appeal 

This Yom Kippur, the congregation was given the opportunity to participate in two very important initiatives – the Kol Nidre and Isaiah appeals. On Erev Yom Kippur (and the following morning), members received their Kol Nidre Appeal pledge card on the way into the sanctuary. On Yom Kippur morning, Isaiah Appeal cards were distributed. The Isaiah Appeal is a member engagement initiative introduced last year that seeks to match members with the opportunities at the synagogue in which they are most interested. The Kol Nidre Appeal is the synagogue's largest fundraiser of the year and supports the high-quality programming, services, educational opportunities, and pastoral care for which Tifereth Israel is known. Our goal is to raise $150,000 and have 100% member participation this year. Gifts of all sizes will help us reach these goals and we hope you will participate at whatever level is appropriate for you.
