The picture to the left is, of course, "Starry Night" by Vincent van Gogh, painted in 1889 from his asylum in Saint-Remy-de-Provence in the South of France.  We share it here not just because this has been a crazy year for trade but because the trade policy canvas today is filled with orbs of unresolved issues, from USMCA to the WTO.   At this special GBD colloquium on December 17, we'll look at the picture of trade policy at the end of this year with particular reference to some of those high profile issues, including U.S.-China trade and U.S.-EU trade, as well as those topcis already mentioned and, possibly, Brexit.  And we'll have some expert help:
