Friday's class will cover the TREC REQUIRED Class for your License Renewal on the Texas Standards of Practice/Legal/Ethics Update. You MUST HAVE this class to renew your TREC Inspectors License. We will not be offering this class often, so if your license will renew within the next 24-months, you should take this class now.  

We are honored to bring two of our most accomplished and competent Inspectors in the State of Texas to the Dallas / McKinney area to share this class with Texas Inspectors and to provide you with current information that as TREC Licensed Inspectors you must know. 

Saturday's class will cover what and how to inspect stucco properties.   If stucco is not installed correctly, it can cause major problems for the homeowners and for the Real Estate Inspector that misses the telltale signs that are present.  Often these signs are not easily detected and are easily missed. Learn what to look for and how not to miss these issues. Reviews of this class are coming in as being one of the very best class ever attended!

We are honored to bring one of the most experienced stucco Inspectors in the State of Texas to the Dallas/McKinney to share his expertise with area inspectors. Lynn DeGeorge will share his many years of experience with attendees and answer questions for the class. Lynn has many personal stories about properties he has inspected and repaired over his career. Lynn is also a TREC Licensed Inspector and knows how to relate to Inspectors.  Please bring photos on CDs or thumb drives and Lynn will be glad to put them on the screen and discuss.
