You are cordially invited to attend the Great Houston Chapter of TPREIA Christmas Party 2016. GHCT would also like to invite other TPREIA Chapter Members and all of our Affiliates to attend this special event.  Bring your significant other and enjoy the evening of fellowship and celebration, we hope to see you there!

We will have a White Elephant type of gift exchange.  Please no gag gifts or re-gifts. Maximum gifts should not exceed twenty-five dollars. This is always a fun time for those attending.

Date: Sunday Dinner – December 11, 2016

4:30 – 5:00 pm Room open for arrival

5:00 pm – 8:30 pm (Food & Drink Service)

$35.00 each person is inclusive of unlimited salad bar, entrée meats, soft drinks, dessert, tax and gratuity

Alcoholic beverage can be purchased with cash or credit card.  Full beer, wine & liquor service.


Dinner includes:

Unlimited Salad Bar - with over 30 items and 2 soup selections.  Items may include but are not limited to lettuce, tomato, assorted mixed salads such as cucumber & tomato, olives, heart of palm, chicken salad, potato salad, various assorted cheeses, prosciutto and other sliced meats.  Two Soup selections are also available.   The salad bar is a meal in itself, so save room for the main course.

 

Main Course:

Your entrée will not be served to you lying flat on a plate.  It will be served hot, very adeptly seasoned, by a swift-moving gaucho (trained Brazilian chef), carrying it vertically on a large skewer.  They’ll slice it and you will select the slices with a pair of nifty little tongs provided at your place setting. 

Grilled salmon is available on request. You will need to wait a few minutes for this choice.

 The service and carving of the meats are controlled by each individual guest with a red and green sided card.  The green side indicates that you are ready and waiting on meats.   You may take as much as you can consume.  Once you reached your limits, turn the red side up.

It is recommended to have small tastes at first; there are many kinds of meat (12 in total).  These include bacon-wrapped filet, shrimp, marinated chicken drumsticks, lamb, pork and beef ribs, the house specialty, Picanha or the prime cut of sirloin to name a few.  The meat is cooked to perfection and so tender, it melts in your mouth.

 

Dessert & Choice of Non Alcoholic Beverage

You will have a choice of desert and a non alcoholic beverage of your choosing.


Wine, Beer, Champagne and Cocktails

The restaurant has a full service bar and an extensive wine list.  You will be responsible for any purchases of alcoholic beverages or drinks not part of those provided in the set menu.  Cash or credit cards will be accepted and you are responsible for payment of your tab at the bar or with the waiter in the dining room.
