Then join the Women's Fund of the Capital Region and HVCC for "Visualize your Plan for Success!" In this 3-hour workshop, you'll get great tips on how to balance work, life and school, and you'll connect with potential local mentors.

11:45 a.m. - noon: Registration

Noon - 12:30 p.m.: Lunch and initial discussions

12:30 - 2:00 p.m.: Icebreakers, presentation by Debra M.J. Best, SPHR, and table discussions

2:00 - 2:15 p.m.: Break and refreshments

2:15 - 3:00 p.m.: Table discussions and program evaluation
