2022 Amory Railroad Festival Frisco Market Registration 

Dear Prospective Vendor,

It is our pleasure to invite you to join us at the 42nd Annual Amory Railroad Festival which will be held in Amory, Mississippi April 7th-10th, 2022. The Amory Railroad Festival has been named as one of the Southeast Region’s top events. With a premier carnival, food court, car show, multiple entertainment stages featuring national acts, and kid’s activities the festival has something to offer everyone and attracts visitors from throughout the southeastern United States. 

The Frisco Market is a unique and vital part of the Amory Railroad Festival. The market features arts and crafts from some of the finest crafters in the region, as well as, antiques, professionally packaged foods, imports, jewelry, clothing and lawn and garden items. As a vendor, you will benefit from widespread advertising in local, regional, statewide, and national media.

The Amory Railroad Festival Committee is working to make the Frisco Market one of the premier festival markets in the southeast. Part of our commitment to you includes a more convenient and user-friendly application process. Application, including credit/debit card payment, can now be accomplished by visiting our website, amoryrailroadfestival.net (click on the Frisco Market logo). If you are paying by check, just complete the application online and mail your check and completed application to the Amory Railroad Festival, Post Office Box 131, Amory, MS 38821.

Applications completed, PAID, and photos received by March 11th will receive an early-bird discount.

Thursday – Sunday, April 7th-10th, 2022


  • Location – The Frisco Market will once again be located curbside along Main Street. 
  • Size – Booth spaces will be 12’x12’ (Multiple booth spaces may be purchased).
  • Electricity – Electricity is available. An additional fee of $50.00 must be included with your application if you require access to electricity. This fee will cover the entire festival. (Note: extension cords will be needed)
  • Special Considerations – Please note that streets have a downward slant. You will be responsible for ensuring the accessibility and functionality of your booth.
  • Exhibitors must maintain only exhibits described on their application.
  • The Amory Railroad Festival reserves the right to reject any application

Booth Reservations

  • Reservations – Simply visit our website at amoryrailroadfestival.com and click on Frisco Market. WE ASK TO PLEASE CONTACT US VIA FACEBOOK MESSENGER FOR A FASTER RESPONSE.
  • Cost – $180.00 (Plus Electric Fee if Applicable) IF reservation is received prior to March 11th, 2022.  Reservation fees made after March 11th will be $225.00 (Plus Electric Fee if Applicable).
  • Payment – Credit/Debit Cards are accepted online. Checks are accepted but must be mailed in with COMPLETED application (Application may be printed from website or requested as stated above). Mailed applications must be received by March 11th, 2022.
  • Booth Selection – All booth locations are assigned by the sole discretion of the Amory Railroad Festival. Requests can be made, but are not guaranteed.
  • The Railroad Festival Committee will do everything in our power to ensure a safe, fun festival experience. We will only shut down due to real threat of significant weather or by orders of first responders. In the event of stopping the festival, either temporarily or in full, NO refunds will be given.


  • Vendors MUST check in at the Amory Railroad Festival Check-in Booth prior to setting up. The check-in booth will be located at the intersection of Main Street and 3rd Street South near the Tenn-Tom Inn. 
  • Check-In/Set-Up Times – Railroad Festival personnel will be available for check-in on Thursday from 8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. and Friday from 7:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. Participants must be checked-in, unloaded and off the street by 4:00 p.m. on Thursday and 10:00 a.m. on Friday. We apologize for the inconvenience; however, the purpose of this arrangement is to insure the safety of Amory Railroad Festival patrons. NO VEHICLES WILL BE ALLOWED ON MAIN STREET AFTER THURSDAY AT 4:00 P.M. OR 10:00 A.M. ON FRIDAY!

Check-Out/Breakdown Exhibitors

  • Vendors will be required to submit Mississippi Sales Tax forms and payment prior to leaving. This is a Mississippi State Tax Commission mandate. Your names and addresses will be reported as participants. The exhibitors/Vendors will be responsible for cleaning their area before leaving. Due to safety concerns, you must refrain from breaking down until after evening entertainment on Saturday. Breakdown cannot start any earlier than 10 p.m. Saturday Night. Breakdown will not be permitted between the hours of 12:00 – 3:00 p.m. on Sunday.

Participants not willing to follow the above guidelines will be asked to leave without refund.
