About 6 yearsa go, I was working for a small business who was doing all the "right" things: expensive trade journal ads, huge trade shows, coupons and offers in shipments, and more. Yet they were not growing. What they lacked was a way to connect with and nurture their loyal customers, and reach out to new prospects to develop trust and show the true value of what they offered.
That's when I taught myself how to use email marketing- and that changed everything. More prospects became valued customers, and loyal customers began placing more orders than before. They also started spreading the word about the company to their colleagues!
