Self love crash course: Master conscious creation by becoming the architect and wisdom keeper of your inner temple.

What is Covered in this class:

  • Discuss recapitulation and healing past trauma, Learn how root cause analysis can support mindful awareness of how toxic patterns began

  •  Learn the concept of self-talk and how to positively polarize self talk for the greatest love affair of all - with self, your own twin flame

  •  Explore collective programming and beliefs from the last millennia that contribute to low self worth, victim wiring and self defeating habits

  •  Learn techniques to identify toxic neural wiring and practices to support re-wiring, bringing light to and taming the subconscious shadow
