HEAD-START course includes a pre-course Sales Assessment (a $ 250 Value) that provides insight into each individual’s learning style, behavior and motivations. Terrific coaching tool that also allows us to “individualize” the training experience to achieve faster learning, greater retention and improved results!  *Assessment results provided to direct Manager after training.

HEAD-START training incorporates a broad spectrum of learning strategies including lecture, small group break-outs, case studies, role play, open discussion and individual development exercises.  There will not be an abundance of sitting and listening to an instructor but instead, participants will be engaged, out of their seats and actively participating to ensure the concepts and strategies are internalized!
