Rhode Island PBS, in partnership with the American Cancer Society, invite you to be part of our studio audience for the live television production of Lung Cancer | a community conversation Thursday, April 23, 7 – 9 p.m. at Rhode Island PBS Studios, 50 Park Lane, Providence, RI.
Join us in the studio audience as we screen selected segments from the Ken Burns film Cancer: The Emperor of All Maladies.
Our local experts take a deeper look at this world issue and connect it to our local community in a panel discussion that includes tobacco use, smoking cessation, lung cancer, and the rising costs of health care. We'll also take your questions from the audience.
