This year's event will be four fun filled days. The Decorations Committee is working on transforming the party dock at Roche Harbor into our very own tropical island. Break out your tropical decorations, hang them on your Navigator and be part of our annual boat decorating contest.
We will have a variety of games and activities to encourage Navigator comradery. There will be bingo, a couples costume contest Saturday evening and a dock dance at the "Tropical Breeze". Ladies and gentlemen, get those remote controlled boats tuned up and your pit crew hired for another afternoon of exciting racing! Spectators get your chairs, coolers and cameras ready for another afternoon of crazy racing and lots of laughs.
We will have fun activities and games for any and all children in attendance. Prizes for everyone!
For those that would like it, Vessel Safety Inspections will be performed on Friday and Saturday. New this year, Canadian boats can be inspected and receive a sticker, too. Please indicate on the registration form if you would like an inspection and if so, on which day.
Your registration fee entitles you to participate in all activities as well as enjoy the “Welcome lunch” on Thursday, Friday evening dinner, Saturday dinner and brunch on Sunday! Your registration fee DOES NOT include your moorage; however, we will ensure your reservation with Roche Harbor is made. Please do not contact them directly.
Last, if you would like to be a sponsor to our Rensezvous this year, we have 4 levels to choose from:
$1000 Sponsorship Level
- Complimentary First Mate Registration.
- Recognition throughout the event, at meals and on the Sponsorship board which is hanging in the tent for the entire event.
- Recognition on the Navigator Yacht Owners website for the year.
$250.00 Sponsorship Level
- FULL PAGE one year listing in our Roster book & link.
$125 Sponsorship Level
- HALF PAGE one year listing in our Roster book & link.
$100 Sponsorship Level

Please Note:
Once you begin the registration process, you will not be able to "undo" it. You will not be able to use your "back" button once you are in the PayPal screen, so make sure you are ready to register when you log into these screens. If you need your registration unlocked, please send an email to bsimon@bbcsinc.comRegarding Cancellations of Reservations:
Cancellation made before the Regular Registration closes will be 100% refunded less a fixed processing fee of $10.00. Refunds will be processed through PayPal, if possible.
Cancellation after the end of Regular Registration and still 3 weeks prior to the actual event will be 50% refunded less a fixed processing fee of $10.00. Refunds will be processed through PayPal, if possible.
Cancellations less than 3 weeks prior to the actual event for ANY reason will not be refunded.
