Business Process Mapping
Business Process Mapping is one of the most important tools in identifying process improvement opportunities. In this 2 day interactive workshop participants will explore various process mapping tools and discuss the pros and cons of each type. Participants will gain hands-on experience with each mapping tool and will understand when to apply the tool. This hands-on workshop provides participants with the knowledge and experience necessary to start implementing mapping in an organization.

Enable participants to define, map and analyze work processes from a customer's perpective; identifying waste, inefficiencies and impacts on customers.

- Create a System Process Map
- Create a Relationship Process Map
