IDPA Safety Officer Course Sat Nov 29th 8AM-6PM

Course Overview

Peacemaker National Training Center in Glengary, WV invites IDPA member/participants to become a Certified Safety Officer. PNTC is offering a Safety Officer Training on Saturday, November 29 conducted by Ted Murphy. The class will commence at 8AM sharp, and expect to depart about 6PM.

The requirements are:

- You must take a pre-test showing your knowledge of IDPA rules and pass with at least a 70%. Click this Link To Take the Pre-Class Test:

- You must complete an application and waiver

- You must bring a printed or electronic copy of the rulebook to class.

- You must bring a handgun and ammo and proper IDPA legal gear for practice and at least 100 rounds of ammunition.

- The course fee will be $35 payable online and non refundable.

- Recommend bringing your own lunch. Beverages will be available for purchase.

Upon successful completion you will be able to act as a certified safety officer for IDPA, your IDPA account will be updated to reflect your new status and you will receive a certificate of completion by mail, and your ID card will reflect your SO status. You will be able to be a SO at any affiliated IDPA club, subject to their own range rules and Match Director approval.
