Solid Foundation: Simple Practice 

Please join together Saturday February 17, 2018 from 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM for a half-day of practice: "plain and simple".

The focus of the day will be on individual meditation practice with minimal teaching and instruction.  We'll alternate sitting periods and walking periods, eating meditation, and lovingkindness practice with some basic instructions and support. 

Please join Ian Challis, Guiding Teacher, and your friends at Insight Community of the Desert as we co-create a supportive space for meditation and inner exploration.

NOTE:  If you are already enrolled in the Solid Foundation Meditation Class, you are already registered  for this event.

Ian Challis is the current Guiding Teacher at Insight Community of the Desert, Palm Springs, CA. 

He has studied with many teachers in the Insight tradion of Buddhism,  and is a graduate of the two year Community Dharma Leader training at Spirit Rock Meditation Center
