The Kentucky Self-Insurers Association, Inc. was established by the self-insured employers of Kentucky. These employers self-insure their liability under Kentucky Workers’ Compensation laws in accordance with state regulations governing self-insurers. The purpose of the association is to promote self-insured programs and render assistance to its members. Self-insured employers cannot be effective in going it alone. The very best place to network with other self-insured employers is through KSIA.
