A fundraiser for serious and novice swimmers, children and families, participants may swim 50 yards up to a mile at the Bangor YMCA's indoor swimming pools. To get involved, register as an individual or form teams of six friends, family members or co-workers! Collect pledges from sponsors until the day of the event. Ask friends, relatives and co-workers to join you in the swim or to pledge an amount. Breast Cancer is a disease that touches the lives of all of us, so most people will be enthusiastic about supporting your effort. You may also choose to make a donation to Caring Connections in honor or in memory of an individual who has breast cancer.

The time swimmers will be in the pool depends on the distance
they want to swim:
1 mile, 7:00 - 9:30am
1000 yards, 9:30 - 11:30am
500, 250, and 50 yards, 11:30am - 1:30pm

Fees
Individual: $20 per person
Team: $15 per team member (each member must register)
