Join us for the second annual University Innovators Showcase at Zions Bank on Tuesday, May 7th.
WHO: The Innovators Showcase is open to leading universities and investors in the state.
WHAT: The Utah Innovators Showcase is a meeting between university technology managers and potential investors and business partners. The format mirrors a speed-dating event--technology managers make a two minute pitch to a table of investors, and when a buzzer rings, they move to the next table. The goal is to rapidly present as many new technologies to as many investors as possible.

WHY: The Innovators Showcase is a fantastic opportunity for investors to view some of the most promising and new technologies that Utah's universities have to offer in one place and at one time.

'Speed Teching' The format will be just like speed dating – university representatives will get two minutes to pitch a technology to a table of investors. When the buzzer rings, they must move to the next table. Investors will have the opportunity to spend more time with the technology managers after the speed teching is complete. |

Value Express Licensing The U is now offering "value express license agreements." Select University of Utah patents and patent applications will be available under a simplified, non-exclusive agreement with no upfront fees. This express license can be executed on the spot. |
