This interactive course will help you identify your SUPERPOWERS! Through a series of planned activities with fellow classmates, you will learn more about your top 5 strengthsfinder themes and how you can apply them for greater levels of supervisory/leadership and team effectiveness.

One you register for this course, you will receive your own “strengthsfinder 2.0” book with a link to the online strengthsfinder assessment. Take the assessment and you will receive a complimentary Strengths Discovery and Action-Planning Guide and additional summaries/reports that highlight your top 5 themes/strengths for you to review, print, and bring with you to our training session. The guide(s) feature an in-depth dive into the nuances of what makes you unique!

Before the February 27th session, please take some time to peruse the strengthsfinder book and review and reflect on your top 5 themes/strengths!

Data Analytics & Dashboards for the HR Professional

We hear about big data and analytics all the time in business, but how can we actually use the data we have in Human Resources? This all day seminar will be a hands on approach to transforming the HRIS data we have in our current systems and creating meaningful metrics and building a dashboard that you can use in  your organizations. Utilizing Excel and Tableau, you will leave this session feeling more comfortable and ready to become a data evangelist in your organization. Participants will use their own devices so that the work that is done can be taken with them.

Dr. WRIPAC 

Dr. WRIPAC is a professional networking event that gives our members and guests an opportunity to socialize and get to know one another outside of the meeting.

This meeting will feaure a retrospective celebration starting at 3pm on Thursday February 28, 2019. We will learn about the history of WRIPAC and recognize any past presidents and lifetime members who join us! 

At 4pm we will continue our celebration with twilight park-hopper tickets to Disneyland and Disney's California Adventure Parks. WRIPAC will be subsizing the costs of park-hopper tickets for our meeting attendees. Additional tickets for your guests and/or family members can also be purchased at the already discounted rate. 

Pre-pay for the tickets with debit or credit card when you register and attendee tickets will be $50. Wait until the day of the event, and attendee tickets will be $65. 

The cost for additional tickets is $115. You can also elect to purchase additional tickets directly from Disneyland through our personalized group portal until 9:00 p.m. on February 23, 2019.
