Margolis & Bloom's Law School for Social Workers Program is geared specifically towards social workers who work with older adults and persons with disabilities and provides an opporunity to learn about a variety of legal topics, including;

• MassHealth asset and income limits
• MassHealth transfers of assets rules
• How to protect the home
• Guardianship and conservatorship under the Uniform Probate Code
• Estate planning for incapacity  

This program will be taught by Margolis & Bloom attorneys Jeffrey A. Bloom and Christina T. Vidoli.

Attendees will receive two NASW approved continuing education credits.
