Preventing Unlawful Harassment Training for Managers - AB1825 Required 

California law AB 1825 requires employers with 50 or more employees to provide all managers, supervisors, leads, or anyone advising employees with two hours of interactive sexual harassment training every two years.

All supervisory personnel must be trained within six months of their date of hire or promotion, and every two years thereafter.

From April to May 2013, HRI saw an average of 1.5 harassment issues per week - compared to an average of 1 every 3-4 months in 2012. This is huge! Issues ranged from misunderstood joking and horseplay to intentional harassment. Supervisory personnel have a personal responsibility to keep the workplace free of harassment; failure to do so can lead to a financial fine to the supervisor/manager. Attending this seminar will meet legal requirements and reduce the company’s exposure, educate your management staff and improve your company’s work environment.
