This Spring Break Camp will help students discover their talents while having fun learning new dances and creating inspired works of art. Each day will have a unique theme and the session will end with a student studio performance and art gallery exhibition for parents to attend.
Day 1 - Tuesday March 14- EARTH - Campers will design a colorful Mandala using items gathered on a Nature Scavenger Hunt. Children will learn the ancient practice of meditation and yoga.
Day 2 - Wednesday, March 15 - AIR - Campers will discover new airy dance moves and we will study and construct a life cycle of some of God’s most interesting creatures of the air !
Day 3 - Thursday, March 16 - FIRE - Campers will learn fire dancing and games. We will explore fire from within the earth (lava) and the heat from the sun. We'll play games and create a clay sculpture.
Day 4 - Friday, March 17 - WATER - Campers will explore and learn about oceans and underwater life, and create a watercolor painting of their favorite real or mythical ocean creature. They will also learn water themed dances and play water games. Bring a towel on this day and be prepared to get a little wet!
There will be an Art Gallery Exhibition, Student Performance and Review on the last day of camp for parents and friends to attend from 12:00 - 12:30 PM.
The cost for each week is $200. However there is a discount of 15% available if you register by March 7th. Siblings may attend for $175.
**NEW** As requested, we are now offering a day rate of $65 per day, but please register by March 11th so that we can have enough supplies on hand.

Imagine & Create Dance and Art Summer Camps are an exciting opportunity for children K -7th to spend 4 fun filled days learning dance and art. Local art teacher Christy Janacek, owner of Artz 'N' Action, and Allison Kirby, owner of Allison's Dance Academy have been collaborating for five years as "Party Yourself Silly" to bring art and dance camps and parties to the community.
