Winter Workshop

Important Registration Information - Please Read

2023 Winter BOW Catalog - Session Descriptions

The workshop is being held at Camp Okoboji in Milford, IA. Lodging is available in shared bunk-style lodges with shared bathrooms. Workshop fees include instruction in all sessions, program materials, use of demonstration equipment, t-shirt, session takeaways, meals and lodging (if selected). 

Registration is complete upon receipt of your registration, payment and your medical form. You will get a confirmation email upon successful registration. The week of January 23, 2023, participants will recieve an email with a packing list, lodging information, last minute reminders, and maps of Camp Okoboji.

Cancellations on or before January 13, 2023 will receive a refund minus a $25 processing fee. After that date, no refund will be provided. You may send a substitute in your place. If the event is cancelled by Iowa DNR, a full refund will be provided.

Media Release
Participants understand that photographs may be taken during the session and may be used in future promotional opportunties.

Scholarship Form
The Iowa BOW scholarship program is designed to broaden participation in the weekend workshop to women 18 years old and older who would be unable to attend without financial assistance. If you are interested in applying, please complete the scholarship application online. Applicants still need to complete online registration, pay the $140 registration fee and complete the onlien medical form. Applications must be recieved, via online submission, by January 9, 2023.

Registration
Important: Each participant will need to register individually. On the registration page, please make sure to choose one class for each session. This will ensure that you are registered for the classes you want. Each class will show how many remaining seats are available. Once a class has reached it's capacity, the class will be closed. 

When you go to add your payment, your registration should have one class picked for each session and look like this: 

Roommates
When you're filling out the registration page, please make sure to list any roommate(s) that you'd like to stay with. If you are coming with a family member(s) or friend(s) please indicate here.
