Join us for a tour of Bell Works, the former site of Bell Labs, in Holmdel. This expansive two million square foot architectural wonder was constructed between 1959 and 1962. Designed as the “Workplace of the Future” by world renowned Architect Eero Saarinen, the site consists of four buildings attached by a common atrium.
Learn about the home of some of the most monumental technological innovations of the Twentieth Century. Developed within this site were notable discoveries, inventions and a Nobel Prize. The history and inventions are depicted on the gallery walls. Hear of and see the vision already begun by Ralph Zucker (see his bio here), since the $27mm purchase, by Somerset Development in September 2012. This historic site is now being transformed into a vibrant, live, work and play Town Center development.
