CANCELATION/REFUND POLICY
MKM reserves the right to cancel an event/class at any time due to low enrollment or other circumstances that make the event/class non-viable. If MKM cancels an event/class, you will be offered a full refund.
Requests for full refunds on events/classes are honored up to 7 days before the event/class is scheduled to begin minus administrative fees ($25 adult programs / $15 kids programs).
No refund is available for requests made within 6 days of the event/class or after the start date for any reason.
You have the option to receive a non-refundable credit toward registration for the same event/class on a future date within one year. This option is valid for requests made up and including to the start day of the event/class.
Requests must be made by email to info@mindfulkidsmiami.org. Please include your name, event/class name and start date, and reason for cancellation in the email with “credit / refund” in the subject line.
