2015 Celebrate Being A Woman - VENDOR Registration 

Valley County Health System will host its annual Celebrate Being A Woman event on Tuesday, October 20, 2015 at 5:00 p.m. at the Veteran’s Club in Ord. The theme is “Sparkle,” and we will decorate with pinks, white, and silver.   More than 300 women attended this fun and educational event last year. We invite you to take part by exhibiting your products or services.

There is no charge for those businesses and organizations who display at the event. However, we ask that you provide a door prize to be awarded during the event. We will draw the names for these door prizes from the general door prize drawing basket, so you don’t have to have a separate signup at your booth. If you prefer to have a separate signup and drawing for your prize, please let us know when you register.

The deadline to register is Friday, October 9. Display space is limited and will be established on a “first come, first served” basis. We will take the first 30 vendors to register. Exhibitors must be set up by 4:45 p.m. You may begin to set up your booth at noon the day of the event.

Vendors may eat their meal prior to the event starting at 5 p.m. The meal will be available on the buffet in the dining room. You may bring it back to your booth if you choose.
