Council 3: Living the Way of Council (July 17-19, 2015) 

Council Training 3 is an advanced workshop, intended for experienced Council practitioners who are discovering that, in addition to facilitating a useful approach to group interaction and exploring "collective wisdom," they are increasingly called to live the Way of Council....

This training will focus on the three challenges of becoming a carrier of council: devotion to the practice, reading the interactive field in Council, and being able to simultaneously participate and witness the process (including oneself).

We will explore energy field work, diverse modes of council and the liminality we encounter moving between what we call "being in council" and "everything else"... Participants will have opportunities to lead Council circles as part of the training and enjoy the beautiful grounds and surroundings of The Ojai Foundation...

(Note: Immediately following this training, a sweat lodge ceremony is being offered on the land; participants who are interested in joining for this deep ceremony are encouraged to do so... for information, please email contact@centerforcouncil.org)

The fee for the training covers semi-rustic accommodations and six delicious vegetarian meals.A extra charge of $50 can be applied for private accomodation on the land if space is available. Please inquire if you are interested.

We will refund 90% of the cost of your registration if contacted more than a month in advance. If you cancel at least two weeks before the event, we'll refund your cost up to 50%. No refunds will be made within 48 hours of event.
