Drawing from her personal experience and authors John Maxwell and Mark Sanborn, you will learn that
you do not need to have an “official” title (e.g. team leader, committee chair, manager, supervisor) to lead, influence, inspire, and make a difference in your organization and/or in your community.
Michon D. Rogers is an engaging facilitator and presenter with experience working with a diverse set of organizations, locally, state-wide, and nationally. Currently, Michon is the Development Associate at the University of Minnesota Rochester where she focuses on raising funds to support student scholarships. In addition to her role at UMR, Michon is an adjunct instructor at Rochester Community and Technical College, and co-facilitator of the Collaborative Leadership Fellows program – a community-based leadership
program whose goal is to increase the capacity of collaborative leaders in the Rochester community.

Cindy Ebert, ELI-MP, VP Director of Retail Banking has been in the banking industry
for 26 years. Her focus is leadership development and maximizing an individual’s strengths to achieve
their greatest potential. Leading through fun, growth, and strong relationships have shaped her work and carried out the mission of Home Federal and its focus on enhancing the well-being of its clients and community one relationship at a time.. Cindy lives on a farm in Lake City raising Registered Angus cattle,
has 3 children, and an amazing husband!
Faith Williamson is VP/Director of Retail Lending and Servicing for Home Federal Savings Bank. She has an associate degree in Accounting. She started with Home
Federal in 1992 as a Teller and has held various positions over the years. In her current role, she
oversees the Consumer and Mortgage Loan Origination and Loan Servicing departments.
Kelly Nelson is VP/Credit Administration for Home Federal Savings Bank.
She has a BA in Accounting and Human Resources from St. Mary’s University and is a Certified Public Accountant. She started with Home Federal in 2002 and prior to joining the Business Banking team, worked in internal audit and accounting departments. In her current role she supervises the bank’s credit analysts, reviews commercial credit packages, monitors various regulatory requirements and oversees the bank’s community reinvestment activities.
Rebecca Sell is VP/Director of Risk Asset Recovery for Home Federal
Savings Bank. She has a BA in Business Administration from Winona State University. She started
with Home Federal Savings Bank in 2003 as a part-time teller at our Winona location, in 2005 she started
full time in our Retail Account Recovery Department and has transitioned up to VP/Director of Risk Asset Recovery over the years. In her current role she supervises the Risk Asset Specialists, oversees the workout/exit of troubled debt at the bank, and handles all legal and regulatory collection compliance.
