2015 I WILL GRADUATE Parent Day Comedy Extravaganza

The "I WILL GRADUATE" Parent Day Comedy Extravaganza is the epic conclusion of 2015's I WILL GRADUATE Week! Attendees will enjoy hilarious stand-up from some of NYC's hottest comedians, as well as a surprise performance from a bonafide legend of hip-hop's Golden Era that is sure to burn down the house! We seek to foster a CULTURE OF EXPECTATION in the home that's necessary to keep young people on a positive life trajectory...and parents, like our students, must be appealed to tactically. With our Comedy Extravaganza we combine the allure of high energy entertainment with the critical information parents need if they are to become familiar with the omnipresent challenges confronting their children both in school and in the community. Onced armed with this knowledge, parents will be able to better support their young ones from a position of understanding and empathy, opening the door to dialogue, healing, and a reinforced  parent-child connection. Attendees will also recieve gift bags, including special IWG Parents Day tee shirs, gift certificates, and goodies that not only shows them our appreciation for all that they do.. but serves as a lasting reminder of all that still needs to be done.
