                               Bill Daubmann, Senior Vice President of My Shower door. – MY Shower Door/D3 Glass has been included in the Inc. 5000 list for 2015 by Inc. magazine. Their “Official Rank” is number 2085 on the list, placing them in the nation’s top 50 percentile of fastest- growing private companies in America. MY Shower Door is a locally owned, family business that sells and installs heavy glass frameless shower doors while D3 Glass, their sister company, fabricates and tempers glass for glass shops throughout Florida. The Daubmann family opened in Naples, in 2003, with their first Frameless Shower Door Showroom in Southwest Florida. Since that time, their name has changed to MY Shower Door and they have grown to 30 employees with showrooms in Naples, Fort Myers, Sarasota, Tampa and soon, St Petersburg.                                Paul Schmidgall, Owner/Executive Chef at Fire & Rice LLC. Chef Paul Schmidgall  is the owner and head chef of  Fire and Rice (fireandrice.us)  which caters special events in the Naples area and can be found in season at select farmers markets. Chef Paul  Enlisted in the USAF out of high school and lived in Europe where my interest in food was sparked. The Crossroads Restaurant in Tremonton, Utah, was my first managing chef job. In 1996 I applied for and was selected to work in the hospitality suite for International Paper at the Olympic Games in Atlanta. After college, I returned home to Peoria, Illinois, and was hired as a private chef for a family. I was able to travel the world with them and they brought me to beautiful Naples in 1998. 

                               Louis Bruno President/Owner of Bruno Air Conditioning in Southwest Florida. Louis has been in the HVAC business for over six years and know this industry inside out. Louis developed his business model after studying the industry and finding the best way to assist the customer. That system does not include commissioned service technicians. Bruno's company believes in a philosophy of paying their technicians well, offer no commissions, and that avoids secret agendas to put your money in their pocket. The best solution for their customers needs will be met in this format. Louis has  learned that people appreciate respecting their time, so he firmly believe in on time service, professional looking technicians with badges, who wear booties to protect your home.

 

                               Diane Pisani, Founder of Your Home Watch Professionals Diane Pisani launched her first business in the mid-80’s on a shoestring budget, in her words: “Because I had no idea what starting a business should cost.” Her “cruise-only” travel agency grew from 0 to over 2 million in annual sales and that career spanned over 17 years. Diane sold the travel agency and moved to Southwest Florida in 2003. She worked for the Ritz-Carlton Beach Resort as a Front Desk Agent followed by a position as the Director of Property Services for a real estate company. She learned about the world of home watch and launched her first company, with a business partner, in 2006.  Recognizing the potential of the home watch industry, and need to expand it in a responsible way, she founded Your Home Watch Professionals in 2009. Diane trains individuals helps them launch their own home watch business. Her experience and expertise helps new business owners avoid making costly mistakes as well as how to spend money in the right places. 
In addition to the Home Watch Training Program, Diane leads a team of independently owned Home Watch Affiliate Businesses. Together they build awareness about the value of utilizing the services of a home watch company that is professionally managed, trained and properly credentialed.   

   

                                 Our Emcee Sue Huff  is the owner of E. Sue Huff & Associates, Inc., a Marketing and Management Consulting firm that targets small to mid-sized businesses in Southwest Florida. Sue began her career in newspapers, then owned a chain of print shops in Cincinnati Ohio before later managing the Dept. of Printing for the City of Cincinnati  -- as well as hosting a City TV Show. Her management background led to the development of her consulting business in 1996. Sue helps clients develop, administer and plan their marketing strategies, as well as, provide gap management services for those companies who find themselves with too few senior managers. Sue is an avid volunteer in the community, has been an on-air personality at several radio stations and is a regular emcee for the Above Board Chamber.
