Gary Tasman is the Founder of Cushman & Wakefield | Commercial Property Southwest Florida (CW|CPSWFL) and serves as its Executive Director. The firm provides commercial real estate solutions, locally and globally, in every stage of the real estate process, representing clients in buying, selling, leasing, financing and valuing assets.
In January of 2007, Gary Tasman joined Cushman & Wakefield of Florida Inc. (C&W) as Executive Director for the Southwest Florida market. After successfully handling C&W’s high-profile, national accounts on a local level, he was offered the opportunity to become a C&W Alliance member, and in 2009 founded the only independently owned and operated member of the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance in the State of Florida.
Gary is a 30-year veteran of the real estate industry and is regarded regionally and statewide as an expert on Southwest Florida commercial real estate. His expertise includes: market analytics, financial feasibility studies (office, retail, industrial), site analyses, land development, and disposition/acquisition strategies. He regularly speaks to public and professional organizations about commercial real estate trends and serves as a special columnist for The Fort Myers News-Press Commercial Connection, Florida Real Estate Journal, Gulf Coast Business Review, Florida Business Weekly and Suite Life Magazine.
Diana Willis, Vice President , Chief Motivational Officer and co-owner of Jason’s Deli of Southwest Florida. Currently operating six locations from Sarasota to Naples, employing over 300 people. She has more than 25 years experience in real estate leasing/property management, human resource management/leadership, sales and marketing and restaurant management. Diana’s leadership exemplifies high ethical standards and integrity through abiding by established core values.
Diana is married to Scott for 30 years with two sons, Brandon and Mason Willis.Her community involvement is vast over the past 15 years, with helping efforts for many non profits in the five counties their business serves. Diana is current Board Chair for the PACE Center for Girls, Lee County and the Advisory Board Chair for the School of Resort and Hospitality Management and serves on the Dean’s Council for the Lutgert College of Business, both for Florida Gulf Coast University. She and her family are avid Eagle fans.

Gail Markham, Founder and Partner at Markham Norton Mosteller Wright & Company, P.A. a public accounting and business consulting firm. Gail started her firm as a sole-practitioner in 1979. Thirty-four years later, she works alongside her three partners and a team of 35 with offices in Fort Myers and Naples. Gail utilizes her credentials as a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Financial Planner and Certification in Financial Forensics, among others, to lead the firm’s Financial Litigation, Forensic Accounting & Family Mediation Services team. In 2013,
