Scott Sherman, Arthrex's Arthroplasty Engineering Manager, the Engineering Manager for the Knee and Hip Arthroplasty team at Arthrex Inc. has been with Arthrex since 2007 and in the medical device industry since 1985.  Scott studies leadership, innovation and product development techniques.  Scott is a single father raising his daughter Shealyn. Scott was honored as one of the 2016 class of “25 over 50” by the Naples Daily News for his contributions to our community and as a Naples Illustrated “Superman” in 2016. Scott sits on the Board of Directors for the following non-profits: Leadership Collier Foundation (class of 2014) Valerie’s House (for Grieving children)



Carol Obermeier, Director, Air Service Development, SWFL International
         Airport (RSW) Lee County Port Authority  As the director of aviation market development, Carol Obermeier works to promote increased passenger air service and cargo activity at Southwest Florida International Airport (SWFIA).  Her office also represents the Port Authority in the local, state, national and international travel and tourism industries as well as within local economic development, business and governmental groups. Carol holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia. She worked as a customer service representative for United Airlines before joining the Port Authority in 1994 as an airport operations agent.  She joined the Aviation Market Development department in 2000 as air service development coordinator, was promoted to senior manager in 2006 and in 2008 Carol was promoted to her current position as director of aviation market development.

Denise Murphy is the Club Controller for The Players Club & Spa, an affiliate of Stock Development and she started working for Stock Development in 2001.  Denise is an avid volunteer in the community and supports various organizations such as; Guadalupe Social Services, St. Matthews House, Collier Child Care Resources, Naples Equestrian Center, Hope for Haiti, Youth Haven, Collier County Schools, Champions for Learning Foundation and Charity for a Change.  Most recently on the Board of Directors for The Greater Naples Better Government Committee, she is also serving on the Affordable Housing Committee for Collier County Government, serving on an Advisory Board for Collier County Public Schools, a mentor for the Take Stock in Children program, Treasurer on the Naples High School JROTC Board,  Vice Chair the LCF Alumni Association Events and Outings Committee, serves on the Naples Chamber’s Public Policy Committee and is the Treasurer on the Board of Directors for Southwest Florida Wounded Vet Run. She is a 2015 GAIN graduate with The Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce and a LCF Alumni. Denise is also on the Advisory Board for the Above Board Chamber of Florida. Sue Huff the owner of E. Sue Huff and Associates, Inc. a marketing and management consulting firm that targets small to mid-sized businesses and non-profits in Southwest Florida. As a business owner and entrepreneur for over 35 years, Sue is known for her creative ideas and enthusiasm. Sue began her career in the newspaper industry, and by the age of 30, was the managing partner of a chain of print shops. By 35, she was a senior manager with the City of Cincinnati. She moved to Naples in 1994 to start her consulting firm.  Sue has produced an award-winning television show; produced radio shows; been a guest columnist for local media; and has been a presenter/guest speaker/facilitator for numerous organizations. She is community minded and serves on various committees.
