Michael Wynn, Board Chair-President Of Sunshine Ace Hardware
A native of Naples, FL, Michael is currently President of the family’s chain of Ace Hardware stores, as well as Chairman of the Wynn Family Board of Directors. In 2014, Michael received the hardware industry’s Top Gun Award presented by the National Retail Hardware Association. In the same year he was also recognized as a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award and was inducted into the SWFL Junior Achievement Business Hall of Fame. Actively involved in the Southwest Florida business and civic community, he is the Immediate Past Chair of the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce and Chair-Elect of the Leadership Collier Foundation. Michael is married to his wife, Paula, and has two daughters, Sydney and Olivia.

John Ingoglia, Vice President of Operations Jarvis Property Restorations I have been in the disaster repair/insurance repair industry for over 25 years and have extensive experience with hurricane work. I have been involved with hurricane deployment since 2005 and have worked on Katerina, Rita, Wilma, Ike, Irene, Sandy, Matthew, Harvey & Irma. Went to college at Northern Michigan University and have a degree in business. I am IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) certified in water, fire, mold, odor control and textiles and have an extensive background in the building industry
Dan Summers, Director of Collier County Bureau of Emergency Services
Dan began his career in New Hanover County, Wilmington, NC as Director of Emergency Management in 1985. In 2003 he became the Director for Collier County Emergency Services. In Wilmington, he coordinated 11 Presidential disaster declarations, worked closely with nuclear power, civilian and military port operations, hazardous materials, fire, EMS and land and water-based search and rescue operations. Dan graduated from one of the early B.S. degree programs in Emergency Management from Thomas Edison State University and is a graduate of the FEMA Professional Development Series, FEMA Senior Executive Leadership Program and the Executive Leadership Program from the Naval Post Graduate College- Center for Homeland Defense in Monterey, Since coming to Collier County, Naples, FL, he has managed coordinated 9 presidential disaster declarations.
